Yes. Gold Card Exchange is free to join and free to use, with no subscription or membership fee. You pay the business for any products or services you choose.
Create your free account on the Gold Card Exchange website. Once you’ve joined, sign in to access your digital Gold Card and explore member offers.
No. Anyone joining Gold Card Exchange can register directly - there’s no need to be a patient at a participating dental practice.
No. Use your existing login and Gold Card to access Gold Card Exchange. You don’t need a second account or another card.
The offers are for Gold Card members. Your free account gives you access to the offers and your digital Gold Card, which is used to record your redemptions.
You can use your Gold Card with participating businesses listed on Gold Card Exchange. These may operate from physical premises, online or as mobile services. Check each listing for availability, locations and how to use its offer.
Enter your postcode or choose a location to explore participating businesses nearby. You can also browse by category to find the products, services and experiences that interest you.
Sign in, choose your offer and follow its redemption instructions. Every redemption is tracked through your Gold Card, but the process may differ depending on the business. Check the instructions before booking or buying so you know what to do.
It depends on the offer. Check its details for any limits on repeat use, expiry dates or other conditions before redeeming.
No. Simply join Gold Card Exchange for free to access member offers. You don’t need to make a referral or earn cash rewards first. Each offer’s own terms and redemption instructions still apply.
Cash rewards come from successful Dentist Gold Card referrals. A referral counts when the person you refer sends their dental enquiry through your referral link, which is on your card page. Your reward shows as pending once their treatment is paid, and is paid monthly after the practice pays Gold Card, subject to the programme’s terms. These rewards are separate from Gold Card Exchange member offers. Redeeming an offer does not itself earn a cash reward.
Gold Card Exchange and Dentist Gold Card work together through the same login and Gold Card. Gold Card Exchange gives you access to member offers from participating businesses, while Dentist Gold Card provides dental benefits and the opportunity to earn cash rewards through successful dental referrals. You can enjoy Gold Card Exchange without using dental benefits or making referrals.
Check that the offer is valid and that you’ve followed its redemption instructions. If you still need help, contact our support team with the business name, the offer and a brief description of what happened so we can look into it.
Your account information is used to manage your membership, provide your digital Gold Card and record offer redemptions. If you take part in Dentist Gold Card referrals, information is also used to manage your referrals and any associated rewards. Our Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used and shared, and how to contact us about your data.
